How we do it:
Site Inspection and Evaluation:
We let the customer know what options are available and choose a course of action.
Cleaning:
New Concrete - acid washed, buffed and rinsed, after 28 days of curing.
New Asphalt - needs only to be washed, after 14 days of curing.
Existing Courts - pressure washed with 4,000 PSI to remove any dirt or loose paint.
Older Concrete with Excessive (8-12) Coastings - we recommend removing the entire existing surface, as the unbreathable coatsunderneath can will cause the courts to peel. *
